Use the form at the right to anonymously notify the SRO and Deans of Students of any criminal activity, including, but not limited to: Information provided for consideration to the SRO, Middle School Dean of Students, and High School Dean of Students:
  • Theft or damage to school property
  • Bullying
  • Cyber Crimes & Identity Theft
  • Domestic, Physical & Sexual Abuse related to Students
  • Student Driving
  • Harassment related to students of Staff
  • Sale and Use of Drugs (related to school activities or students)
  • Underage Drinking Parties
  • Violations of School Disciplinary Agreements
  • ...Any other issue you would like the Administration to be made aware of.

Please be as spacific as possible including building and grade level:
The SRO, Middle School Dean of Students, and High School Dean of Students are the only ones that will receive this information. Submitting this information will be completely anonymous. No personal information about you (i.e. e-mail address) is collected or sent to anyone
