2026 - 2027 Proposed Budget at a Glance
- Proposed budget = $38,941,581
- Tax Levy Increase = 1.75%
- Year to year budget increase = 5.59%
- Stays well under the allowable tax levy limit (“tax cap”)

Budget Video Notice
This video includes interviews conducted by students prior to the Board’s adoption of the final proposed budget. At the time of these interviews, the District was projecting a 1.5% tax levy increase.
Unfortunately, as of May 6, NYS has yet to release its final budget, which includes final aid amounts for schools. As a result, the District had to assume the 1% foundation aid increase proposed by the Governor and has proposed tax levy increase of 1.75% for the final proposed budget in the effort to partially off-set this minimal increase to our largest funding source.
We are sharing this information to ensure the community has the most current and accurate information regarding the budget when viewing the video.
