Facilities Use Procedure Update – Now Using Qware Event Scheduler
Addison Central School District has updated its facilities use procedure to improve efficiency, communication, and scheduling accuracy. As part of this update, the District has adopted the Qware Event Scheduler platform to manage all facility use requests.
District staff will now access the Qware system directly through ClassLink for a seamless and secure login experience.
External users (such as community groups, clubs, or organizations) are now required to create an account in Qware to submit a facilities use request. This ensures all users can manage their events, receive updates, and maintain consistent communication with the District.
