The Addison Central School District Board of Education (BOE) will hold a Special Board Meeting on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 6:00p.m. in the High School Cafeteria. The Board anticipates going directly into Executive Session following the opening of the Special Meeting for the purpose of discussion of pending or current litigation. No business will be conducted.

Board of Education Election 2025

The results of this year's Board of Education Trustee Election are:
Jennifer Bean: 219 votes in favor - Elected to a five year term beginning July 1, 2025.
Casity Sly: 112 votes in favor
The Annual School Budget Vote and Board of Education Trustee Election will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 in the High School Library from Noon to 8:30p.m.

To prospective candidates for the Addison Central School District Board of Education:
Candidates for the office of member of the Board of Education shall be nominated by petition. Such petition shall be directed to the District Clerk, shall contain the signatures and addresses of at least 25 qualified voters of the district or two percent of the voters who voted in the previous election, whichever is greater, and shall state the name and residence of the candidate. Each petition shall be filed with the District Clerk not later than 30 days preceding the Annual Meeting and Election at which the candidates so nominated are to be elected. The order of candidates on the ballot will be determined by a drawing in the Superintendent’s Office following the petition deadline. Candidates are welcome to view the drawing.
