      THE ADDISON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION (BOE) WILL HOLD THE CODE OF CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE 2025-2026 YEAR ON TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2025 AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA.  IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE HEARING, A BOE BUSINESS MEETING WILL OCCUR.   

    • ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MTG. - JULY 8, 2025 - 6:00P.M. IN THE HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA

Board of Education Election 2025

  • The results of this year's Board of Education Trustee Election are:

    Jennifer Bean: 219 votes in favor - Elected to a five year term beginning July 1, 2025.

    Casity Sly: 112 votes in favor


    The Annual School Budget Vote and Board of Education Trustee Election will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 in the High School Library from Noon to 8:30p.m.

    Please contact Mrs. Kristie Mather, District Clerk, if you have specific questions regarding the Annual Budget Vote/Board Election via email at krmather@addisoncsd.org or 607-359-2244 X 1 between the hours of 8:00am to 3:30pm.

    To prospective candidates for the Addison Central School District Board of Education:

    Candidates for the office of member of the Board of Education shall be nominated by petition.  Such petition shall be directed to the District Clerk, shall contain the signatures and addresses of at least 25 qualified voters of the district or two percent of the voters who voted in the previous election, whichever is greater, and shall state the name and residence of the candidate.  Each petition shall be filed with the District Clerk not later than 30 days preceding the Annual Meeting and Election at which the candidates so nominated are to be elected.  The order of candidates on the ballot will be determined by a drawing in the Superintendent’s Office following the petition deadline.  Candidates are welcome to view the drawing.
