With the Parent Portal, you can easily access important information about your child’s education at your convenience.


    Features of the SchoolTool Parent Portal:

    Student Attendance:

    • Monitor your child's daily attendance.
    • View attendance records and any absences or tardies.

    Grades and Assignments:

    • Access up-to-date grades for each subject.
    • View assignments, due dates, and completed work.

    Report Cards:

    • Download and view your child's report cards each term.

    Schedule:

    • See your child's class schedule, including teachers and room numbers.
    • Stay informed about any schedule changes.

    Student Profile:

    • Review and update your child's personal information.
    • Ensure contact information is current for emergencies.

    How to Access the SchoolTool Parent Portal:

    Step 1: Get Your Login Information

    • If you are a new user, you will first need to complete the Parent Portal AUP and return it to your school's main office. Once your account is created, you will receive an email with your login credentials. 
    • If you have an existing account and need assistance with accessing it, please contact your school's main office for assistance. 

    Step 2: Log In

    Step 3: Explore the Dashboard

    • Once logged in, you will see the dashboard with various tabs to navigate through the different features.
